L’elbana Francesca Parola Bertani si è aggiudicata la medaglia d’oro all’International Chocolate Awards nelle sezione “Ganache o tartufi con cioccolato fondente aromatizzato” e “Ganache o tartufi prodotti utilizzando cioccolati misti Fondente /latte/bianco per copertura o ripieno”.
